After browsing the first couple of pages I got it, and rarely have I been happier that I got a book. The best time to eat high GI food is post exercice. However, I will make some lifestyle changes – wake up early in the morning, reduce caffeine and eat traditional Tamil cuisine as much as possible that’s my local food.
